Music Is Cool Tour & DCI Show at Kings Fork HS
This is a wonderful event that I STRONGLY encourage every student, even if they aren't in the marching band, to attend. The event will be a music workshop from 9-5 with the 9 time DCI World Champion "Cadets"! After the morning rehearsal, lunch, and more rehearsal, the students will be showcased to demonstrate what they have learned during the day. As well, they will have the opportunity to perform side by side with the Cadets for a song or two. Yes, parents are welcome to watch for the day, come for the demo, or just meet up at the show. After the clinic and performance, the DCI show will take place at 7pm. That show ticket is included in the clinic fee of $25 (in advance) and can be purchased online. More information and registration can be found here.
You can also purchase just the tickets for the DCI show here. The Bayside Band Boosters are not purchasing tickets as a group as we have done in the past. The ticket process is differnt this year and you can purchase in advance. Please contact Mr. Allsbrook should you have any questions.
Please sign up today and don't miss out on this awesome event!!!
